Maison Sheeva Amber & Oud and Palo Santo Patchouli candles lit on a marble table

The first pieces of the Maison.

A starting point for every room. Light one, place one, spray one, melt one.

A calm, candlelit room at home

Maison means house.

In French, a maison is more than a building. It is where you come home, set down your keys and finally breathe out. Maison Sheeva was built around that feeling, with fragrances made for real homes and the everyday moments that happen inside them.

Every candle, diffuser, spray and melt is chosen to make a room feel cared for, whether you are hosting a full table or keeping a quiet night to yourself.

How long should I burn my candle the first time?

Let it burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the container, usually 2 to 3 hours. This first burn sets the wax memory and helps prevent tunneling, so your candle burns evenly to the end.

How do I keep my candle burning cleanly?

Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each use, keep the candle away from drafts, and avoid burning it for more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a lit candle unattended.

How do I use a reed diffuser?

Place the reeds in the bottle and let them soak up the oil. For a stronger scent, flip the reeds every week or so. For a softer scent, use fewer reeds.

How do wax melts work?

Place one or two cubes in a wax warmer. As the wax warms, it releases fragrance without a flame. When the scent fades, remove the wax and add a fresh cube.

Which product should I choose?

It depends on the room. Candles suit living spaces, diffusers are ideal for bedrooms, sprays work in entryways and bathrooms, and wax melts are perfect when you like to switch scents often. See our room guide.
